This technology uses pulse stroke pump to suck and spray condensed water on air-conditioning condenser to form wet condition. Under this condition, along with lowing condensing pressure, reducing the compressor shaft power, improving the refrigeration performance, the dissipation of condensation heat has been strengthened and cooling efficiency has been improved. After improving condensation efficiency, refrigerant density and valid flow have been increased at the same time, and energy-saving effect has been achieved.

Energy saving Principle:
The traditional system: Automobile air-conditioning system is composed of inverse Carnot cycle refrigeration devices, such as compressor, condenser, evaporator, and throttle. The compressor load depends mainly on the interior automobile heat load (heat absorbing evaporator) and condensation efficiency of condenser. Normally, hot load inside the vehicle can not always be controlled (the number of passengers can not be controlled), while the ventilation coefficient is composed of the condensation efficiency of condenser, ambient temperature, car speed, solar radiation. Car speed and solar radiation are in the objective conditions. Because of traffic and road congestions in the city, buses are always running at very low speed and in the bad operation state related to condensation efficiency. To improve the condensation efficiency of condenser, using condensed water to strengthen the condensation efficiency is the most direct, convenient, and economical method.
The modified system: Automobile air-conditioning system is composed of inverse Carnot cycle refrigeration devices, such as compressor, evaporator, throttle, and pulse-spray condenser especially. Its operating conditions are optimized obviously. Air-conditioning system is always running at the desiccant condition in the automobile, and condensed water is generated continuously and sprayed at the surface of the condenser by pulse stroke pump. With the cooling effect on the condenser, condensed water increases air stream humidity along with density, and effectively increases air heat transfer ability. As mentioned above, condensed water in the air-conditioning condenser of automobile plays the role of enhancing heat transfer obviously.
Automobile air-conditioning system at running process produces much condensed water, reasonable using of that energy conversion of condensing water is very important in refrigeration and air-conditioning industries. Using condensed water to save energy can produce considerable economic benefits.
Efficiency of using condensed water can be calculated by the following equation:

According to equation mentioned above, condensed water is 2.76 kg/h in the 2.2 KW air condition. Condensed water can be calculated in 30kw automobile air-conditioning system with the same algorithm, the peak production of condensed water is 45 kg/h. That means a small household air-conditioning system working 10 h a day can produce 450 kg of condensed water.
Fully using condensed water can reduce automobile air-conditioning system power loads, improve comfortable temperature in the vehicle, and play a significant role in energy-saving importantly. In accordance with operation characteristic of refrigerator, when the evaporating temperature holds the same level, lowering 1 of the condensing temperature can low 3% shaft power. Under actual operation condition, it is showed that lowing temperature of condensation is more than 2 after spraying condensed water. It is can be calculated that more than 6 percent of the energy-saving efficiency can be gained after using spraying condensed water technology applications. There are more than one million air-conditioned city buses operated in China, if every vehicle can save fuel 5 liters a day, more than 5 million kg fuels can be saved every day, or 187715 kg fuels can be saved every year, along with 5,980,590,000 kg of carbon dioxide gas emissions will be reduced. It will be positive significance of urban environmental protection.
